Education
I am ecstatic to continue to be at Cure' of Ars for my fourth year of teaching! Being in a Catholic school feels like home to me as I grew up attending Holy Spirit Grade School and St. Thomas Aquinas High School. I continued my education at Truman State University from which I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Upon graduating, I continued studying at Truman and working towards a Master of Arts degree in Education which I earned in 2016. I am certified to teach English in grades 5-12.

Family
Family means the world to me, and I credit my parents with my strong faith. My parents continue to be active members at my home parish, Holy Spirit, and I truly appreciate the sacrifices they made to send my siblings and me to Catholic schools. I frequently tell stories about my family, especially when brainstorming writing, whether that's my childhood experiences growing up with my four brothers or the antics of my son Leo, so here's pictures to go with the stories!
